Strawberry Cucumber Green Smoothie

This fruity Green Smoothie combines, berries, greens, and seeds for a super healthy mix. This is also a great Nutribullet recipe for after exercise.

Cucumber not only tastes good in smoothies, but it also brings a lot of health benefits into the drink. It is rich in B-vitamin complex which is helpful in relieving and fighting off stress. It is also rich in antioxidants.

Some health benefits that you can derive from eating cucumbers are brain protection, cancer risk reduction, supports digestion and fights inflammation.

This smoothie contains 40% daily value of dietary fiber, 17% for protein, 18% for carbs and 13% for fats—making it an ideal meal after work out.

Coconut water in this smoothie adds electrolytes. Spinach adds extra antioxidants. Overall this is a powerhouse of a smoothie!

This smoothie is rich in dietary fiber that accounts for 40% of your daily needed dietary fiber.
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 3 small broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Coconut water to fill line
  1. Add all ingredients to your large nutribullet cup, saving coconut water for last.
  2. Once you have filled the cup with coconut water to the fill line, puree ingredients to desired consistency.
