  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 large kiwi, skin intact
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Water, Milk, or Coconut Milk or other liquid
