I’m not sure how this recipe was supposed to work. Were oats supposed to be cooked? Anyway, mine just settled to the bottom of the smoothie and I had chocolate milk for breakfast.
Normally oats are not cooked when used in smoothies (although they can be if desired). I find that they will settle some if not very well blended. The same can happen when adding seeds to a smoothie. I tend to drink my smoothies with a straw and give it good stir now and then as well.
