Mango Nectarine and Celery Smoothie

 This recipe contains 25% of the RDA for Vitamin B-12 and calcium, plus 60% of the RDA for Vitamin C. It’s terrific as an immunity booster in the winter or when you’re feeling under the weather. While most fruits and veggies should be blended with the peel intact, mango skin can cause an allergic reaction, so peel the mango before adding it to the NutriBullet or use frozen mango.

Mango Tango

A healthy mango and nectarine smoothie recipe with celery added.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 medium nectarine
  • About 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (to the max line in the nutribullet)

Instructions

  1. Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
