This recipe is a great one if you’re too busy for a healthy breakfast. With 14g of protein per 6-ounce serving, Greek yogurt has twice the protein of regular yogurt and usually half the sugar, so it’s a great way to get a healthy portion of low-fat protein first thing in the morning. This is also a great pre-workout shake.
- 2 medium ripe peaches, pit removed
- 1 T flax seed
- 6 unsalted almonds
- 1 ½ cups (or two 6-ounce containers) vanilla Greek yogurt
- milk or soy milk to the fill line
- Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
