This recipe is a great one if you’re too busy for a healthy breakfast. With 14g of protein per 6-ounce serving, Greek yogurt has twice the protein of regular yogurt and usually half the sugar, so it’s a great way to get a healthy portion of low-fat protein first thing in the morning. This is also a great pre-workout shake.

Hello,
Love the drink suggestions; however, the nutrition facts are not all consistent. Some show sugar amount and others don't. Some show trans fat and others don't.
Do you have a complete list of all juices?
