  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 whole banana, halved
  • Almond milk to the fill line
  1. Add all ingredients to your large nutribullet cup, saving almond milk for last.
  2. Once you have filled the cup with almond milk to the max water line, puree ingredients to desired consistency.

  1. Can I use water instead of almond milk and it would still taste nice?

    • You can use water. Many people use just water for their liquid, but I personally think it tastes better when something with some flavor is used as the liquid. You could also use milk, soy milk, or coconut milk for better flavor. Or even using a juice instead of water adds flavor.
