Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh sliced peach (with peel) or frozen peaches, pits removed
  • About ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (to the fill line)

Instructions

    1. You have to use enough liquid to blend the ingredients, but you can substitute another liquid and add some yogurt if you like. I often put in two or three big spoon fulls of yogurt in smoothies and then use a bit less liquid. You kind of have to play with it a bit to get the right consistency. Other liquids can be milk, soy milk, rice milk, or even water.
