Red Grape, Plum, and Raspberry Antioxidant Smoothie

Red Grapes are wonderful for anti-aging and good health. You have probably heard about all the benefits of wine polyphenols. But, did you know that you can have the benefits without worrying about a hangover? Just go directly to the source, red grapes.

If the spinach in the recipe is too bitter for you, try adding a touch of honey. Also, this recipe uses water, but for a richer smoothie soy milk,  almond milk, or skim milk works well. Or try using frozen raspberries for a more slushy smoothie.

This recipe also includes plums for a unique taste. To make it really interesting, try adding damson plums, which are really pretty purple spring plums.

  • 1 cup red seedless grapes
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 3 red plums, pits removed
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions
