The Key Lime Pie Smoothie is a healthy smoothie that tastes like a key lime pie without the high amount of added sugar or saturated fat from cream and egg yolks. Limes have many health benefits including being high in vitamin C which helps keep your immune system strong.

Ingredients
  • 8 fl oz Soy Milk
  • 1 peeled Lime
  • ½ cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend together until smooth and consistent.
  3. Serve immediately.
