The Carrot Berry Smoothie is a delicious smoothie that combines carrots with a mixture of fruits. It basically takes a standard fruit smoothie and amps it up a bit with a touch of carrot. Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A which is important to keep your vision sharp. Carrots also have antioxidants such as beta-carotene. This smoothie also adds walnuts as an extra health boost that is high in vitamin E and healthy fats. A delicious smoothie that uses ½ cup of shredded carrots to help keep your vision sharp.
Ingredients
  • 8 fl oz almond milk
  • ½ medium banana
  • 3 medium strawberries
  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup carrot slices
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into the Nutribullet cup.
  2. Pour in the almond milk to the max fill line.
  3. Blend together until smooth and consistent.
