- 2 cups ice
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 T. coconut flake
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 2 pinch nutmeg
- 2 pinch allspice
- 2 pinch clove
- Coconut Milk to the fill line
- Add ice, pineapple, carrots, and coconut flake, and coconut milk and blend on high until an even consistency is reached.
- Add the spices and re-blend until they are distributed throughout.
