Family Friendly Nutribullet Guacamole

Guacamole is a wonderful thing. Aside from tasting fabulous, it is full of healthy fat from the avocados. Avocados also contain plenty of fiber and are rich in  B-vitamins, vitamin K, potassium, copper, vitamin E and vitamin C. Good stuff! Guacamole can be made without a blender for a nice chunky texture, but it also can be made creamy and kid friendly in your Magic Bullet, Nutribullet, or other blender. The recipe below is for making it chunky, no blender needed, with notes on how to make the creamy version with your blender.

Serve up your Guacamole with chips and salsa. Or, if trying to lose weight, eat it with veggies. I love to dip raw carrots and cauliflower in mine!
