This is a really good protein smoothie that is perfect for fueling exercise, meal replacement, or with some modifications,  for keto or diabetic diets.

Need a protein dense smoothie, then bottoms up!
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • ½ avocado, pitted and peeled
  • ½ cup peaches
  • Coconut water to fill line
  1. Add all ingredients to your large nutribullet cup, saving coconut water for last.
  2. Once you have filled the cup with coconut water to the fill line, puree ingredients to desired consistency.
