A post-workout smoothie that provides over 35 grams of protein without the use of protein powder.
  • 8 fl oz soy milk
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 10 almonds
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into the Nutribullet cup.
  2. Pour in soy milk up to the max fill line.
  3. Blend together until smooth and consistent.
