Nutty Almond Smoothie

Ingredients
- 12 unsalted almonds
- 1 medium banana
- 1 T flax seed
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- about 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (to the fill line)
Instructions

I don’t like bananas but really need them for the potassium. This recipe is a great way to mask them! The consistency was a little thick for my liking but nothing that a little more liquid or a couple less almonds won’t fix. Will for sure be adding this in to the morning routine.
