  • 12 unsalted almonds
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • about 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (to the fill line)

  1. I don’t like bananas but really need them for the potassium. This recipe is a great way to mask them! The consistency was a little thick for my liking but nothing that a little more liquid or a couple less almonds won’t fix. Will for sure be adding this in to the morning routine.
