- 8 fl oz 2% milk
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
