  • 8 fl oz fat-free milk
  • ⅓ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cooked oats (cooled)
  • 4 medium strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into the Nutribullet cup.
