A pear and walnut smoothie that is great for breakfast and very heart healthy.
  • 1 medium ripe pear, peel intact
  • ¼ cup unsalted walnuts
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 1 T honey
  • cinnamon (sprinkle)
  • About 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (to fill line)
