Tropicali Papaya, Strawberry, and Pineapple Smoothie

The papaya and pineapple in this Nutribullet recipe provide not only a great deal of Vitamin C (almost 130% of the adult RDA per serving) but digestive enzymes to help your body metabolize both protein and fats.It doesn’t hurt that it tastes like something you’d enjoy on a cruise through the islands. I love adding mango to this one as well sometimes. This is a really good low calorie diet smoothie with lots of antioxidant power!
