Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole-grain rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup walnuts
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 T honey
  • About 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (to the fill line)

Instructions

  1. Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

  1. Don’t understand calories say 307 I get 330 calories just from walnuts and oats
    What is up with that so I get 680 total calories

  2. I altered the recipe to lower the amounts used since that actually was a lot of oats and walnuts for the one serving size and updated the calories accordingly, although it could still be a bit higher than my quick addition that came to 457.

      1. Ooops! Good catch! Actually either would be fine in this one. I tend to use flax a lot simply because I can find them easier.
