Don’t understand calories say 307 I get 330 calories just from walnuts and oats
What is up with that so I get 680 total calories

I altered the recipe to lower the amounts used since that actually was a lot of oats and walnuts for the one serving size and updated the calories accordingly, although it could still be a bit higher than my quick addition that came to 457.
you mentioned chia seeds above, but have flax seeds listed in the ingredients instead
Ooops! Good catch! Actually either would be fine in this one. I tend to use flax a lot simply because I can find them easier.
