I altered the recipe to lower the amounts used since that actually was a lot of oats and walnuts for the one serving size and updated the calories accordingly, although it could still be a bit higher than my quick addition that came to 457.

Don't understand calories say 307 I get 330 calories just from walnuts and oats What is up with that so I get 680 total calories Pretty heavy drink
