Refreshing Watermelon Smoothie

Watermelon is much more than a low-calorie summer favorite. It has important amino acids, called citrulline and arginine that help keeping your arteries healthy and your blood flowing smoothly.

This watermelon smoothie is also refreshing, great for a summer treat, and is packed with Vitamin C. Coconut water adds a number of  electrolytes. Make it with coconut milk for a richer shake, but that will add calories.

A refreshing low cal fruit smoothie that is very diet friendly
  • 1¼ Cup Watermelon
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ⅓ Cup Beets
  • ¼ cup Coconut
  • Coconut water to the max line
  1. Fill the Nutribullet cup, add coconut water to the max line and blend.
