This delicious, tropical-and-spicy smoothie is like a carrot cake and a pina colada rolled into one.
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 medium carrots
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 2 T. coconut flake
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • ½ t. cinnamon
  • 2 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 pinch allspice
  • 2 pinch clove
  • Coconut Milk to the fill line
  1. Add ice, pineapple, carrots, and coconut flake, and coconut milk and blend on high until an even consistency is reached.
  2. Add the spices and re-blend until they are distributed throughout.
