A low carb green smoothie for a Keto diet
  • ½ medium avocado
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup sugar free coconut milk or ¼ cup heavy whipping cream plus+ ¼ cup water
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1T MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol or 5-8 drops liquid Stevia extract
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • Water to the fill line
  1. Melt the coconut oil
  2. Place remaining ingredients in blender or Nutribullet and Blend.
  3. Stir in Coconut oil.
