  • 8 fl oz 2% milk
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
