A vegan post-workout smoothie that is high in protein to help rebuild muscles.
  • 8 fl oz vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ⅓ cup blackberries
  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • 3 medium strawberries
  • 4 oz tofu
  • 10 almonds
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into the Nutribullet cup.
  2. Pour in the vanilla soy milk to the max fill line.
  3. Blend together until smooth and consistent.
