Apple Pie Smoothie

A smoothie that tastes just like a slice of apple pie without the high amounts of saturated fat and added sugar.
  • 8 fl oz Soy Milk
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 medium apple, sliced and boiled until soft
  • ⅓ cup cooked oats
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into the Nutribullet cup.
  2. Pour in the soy milk to the max fill line.
  3. Blend together until smooth and consistent.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon
