Orangey Pineapple Papya Smoothie

I love papaya and then pineapples are rich in vitamins and minerals plus the enzyme known as bromelain. Bromelain is only found in pineapples and has been studied extensively and found to be quite effective in inhibiting tumor growth, lessen recovery after a surgery, alleviates arthritis and joint pain and can even reduce inflammation. This smoothie is rich in vitamins C and B9 plus minerals like manganese and potassium. It also tastes fabulous thanks to the citrus and the papaya. So, whip up a orange, pineapple, papaya smoothie today!  If you want extra orange, substitute juice for the water.
