Made with guava and strawberries, this recipe is a great one to use if your immune system has been compromised by illness or a round of antibiotics. With more than 4g of protein, it’s a great meal replacer if you haven’t got the stomach yet for solids. It contains 1 whopping 407mg of potassium, and 2 ½  times the RDA of Vitamin C and  plenty of fiber, all of which will help your digestive system get back ontrack and replenish your immune system’s resources. Ingredients
  • 1 medium guava
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • About ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
