Caribbean Splash Smoothie With Guava, Kiwi, Papaya and OJ

There is no fruit higher in vitamin C than guava, second is the Kiwi and third and fourth are papayas and orange juice. Not only are these fruits loaded with one of nature’s most valuable antioxidants, in combination, they taste incredible!

Guava Papaya Orange Smoothie

While a four fruit smoothie with fruits of this caliber is guaranteed to taste fantastic, add some crema dulce, organic cane sugar, whirl it all up and shave a hint of cinnamon over the top, and you have a Caribbean Smoothie that is simply heavenly!

An antioxidant and energy boosting smoothie with great tropical fruits
Ingredients
  • Kiwi - 4 ounces
  • Papaya - 5 ounces
  • Organic Orange Juice - 8 ounces
  • Crema Dulce (sweet cream) - 1 ounce
  • Organic Cane Sugar - 3 pinches
  • Shaved Cinnamon - 1 smidgen
  • Shaved Cinnamon - 1 smidgen
Instructions
  1. Slice a guava in half, spoon the seeds out, and scoop out 12 table spoons of flesh. Refrigerate the remainder.
  2. Cut two kiwis in half, scoop out 8 tablespoons, and eat the remaining 3 ounces! Slice a papaya in half (lengthwise), spoon out the seeds, remove 10 tablespoons and refrigerate the remainder.
  3. Pull all the fruit in the nutribullet tall cup.
  4. Pour in a cup of orange juice and drop three pinches of sugar over the top.
  5. Homogenize the smoothie in your nutribullet,
  6. Put a smidgen of cinnamon on top and enjoy!
