Autumn Harvest Fruit Smoothie

 This smoothie is loaded with fiber and a ton of antioxidants, including the anti-aging powerhouse, resveratrol from the apple peel and raspberries. It also has 22% of the adult RDA of both manganese and Vitamin E to boost the immune system and promote heart and bone strength.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium red apple, peel intact
  • 1 medium ripe pear, peel intact
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • About ¾ cup unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk
Instructions
  1. Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
